ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE

Be more than just reps and sets

 

Join the gym and you can hear the grunts of hard work at work.  Each challenge is new and tough.  Take the exercise to its fullest.  The challenges can make you powerful in your own right.  Just accept it and do it.  Stop making excuses it's just your fear talking. 

 

Next time you come in ask what is the challenge for the week.  If you can conquer it.
