NEW: 12 Week Nutrition Program

Honesty is the best policy when it comes to weight loss.

My focus for the 12 Week Nutrition Program is to help you change the way you look at food.

This program DOES NOT require working out. Crazy, right? With many body types comes many different methods of weight loss. I take a “hormone first” approach with this program. Because of this approach you won’t need to wake up extra early or plan to come workout after a long day at work.
Instead, we will sit down at our first consultation and figure out our baseline numbers and build a plan from there.

Your responsibilities will include: reading nutrition labels, tracking what you eat, drinking water, and being honest.

My initial consultation is free, it includes a detailed assessment and body analysis. We visit on eating strategy and discuss goal setting and expectations of your fitness plan. Next , we assess muscle imbalances and do an upper body assessment, lower body assessment and lastly a cardiovascular assessment. This process takes 3 separate 30 to 45 minutes sessions. When meeting a new customer, I first like to sit down with them and talk about his/her goals, desires and aspirations. Speaking with new clients is important because one's personal and daily life can play a huge part in his/her success. Next, we focus the conversation towards creating a healthy meal plan that fits his/her lifestyle and helps one achieve their goals quickly and efficiently. Once a plan has been produced, I continue constant communication and feedback, and schedule weekly meetings for questions, concerns, revisions, weight check and an overall check-up to see how the results are progressing. With constant supervision and a guaranteed committed, goal oriented client, success with always be achieved.

+ Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently helped a 34 year old male who thought he was doing everything right. He was eating "healthy" in his mind and working out in the gym 3-4 days a week. He noticed that he just wasn't seeing the results that he truly wanted to see. At the end of September, he began a 12 week program to help change his body. With this program, he had to be fully committed to change. This meant that he had to sacrifice many things that he loved to do. He looks forward to watching football with his friends, eating junk food at tailgate parties, drinking alcohol, and just enjoying everything that the social gathers include. He had to change his mindset to a healthier version of his old self. Now, he still continues to attend these events, but they look much different. He prepares his meals in advance and brings them to the parties and he cuts out the alcohol and drinks water. Although this may not be the "ideal" tailgate party, he realized that a change needed to be made and the sacrifice of food and fun now will pay off in the long run. He still enjoys gatherings and social functions, but they are experienced differently. So far to date, he has lost about 40 pounds. Through proper eating, weight training, and commitment, he has made a change for the better. This change can be you. You can be a better you, it all beings with proper diet, exercise and dedication.

+ What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My number one piece of advice would be to find someone who you feel can hold you accountable, responsible, and motivate you to be the best person you can be, physically and emotionally. During this process, there will be times that you want to give up. You will want to quit, throw in the towel, and just continue on the path of "easy" destruction. You have to build a relationship with someone who will tell you what you don't want to hear, push you until you think you can not go any longer, and make you value and respect yourself to the highest of standards. You deserve the best, so find a provider who will reflect your worth.

+ What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Here are some questions that I feel are important to ask before making a decision on selecting a professional to help you through your journey:

  1. Does this person motivate and encourage me to be a better individual, for myself and for others?

  2. Does this person have the personal experience and credentials to support my goals?

  3. Am I fully committed to a lifestyle change, not a fad diet?

  4. Can I be held accountable for my actions?

  5. Am I willing to sacrifice everything and anything for the results that I want, no matter what the cost?

  6. Am I prepared to accept defeat at times, but willing to overcome them through perseverance and dedication? 7. Are you able to be open minded about change?

  7. Can you surround yourself with positive energy and individuals and focus solely on your health and fitness?

  8. Are you able to fully communicate truthfully, honestly and freely with yourself and your mentor?

  9. Are you ready to work and leave your excuses behind you?
